It’s been a while….

So, firstly apologies that the website has been rather neglected lately. I’m not really sure why, but it’s time to get things moving.

This week has been the first time since March 2020 that the main focus, for me as head, hasn’t been CoVID. This feels great!

We’ve returned to REAL assemblies. The PTA are back in action. We’ve had workshops from outside agencies. We’re planning exciting things for Christmas. But most importantly, there’s fantastic things happening in every classroom. It is such a shame that everyone cannot see daily school in action but such a privilege (for me) to be able to go from class to class and see the learning experiences taking place. Photos on social media give a taste of what is going on but they can never convey the full picture.

Behind our locked gates, it feels like some of the darkness of CoVID is finally lifting and the hard work of staff, the smiles of pupils and the support of parents reminds me how privileged I am to lead this school.
