World Book Day 2014

World Book Day is  a celebration of authors, illustrators, books and (most importantly) it’s a celebration of reading. In fact, it’s the biggest celebration of its kind and is marked in over 100 countries all over the world.

Here at St Joseph's we had a wonderful day celebrating World Book Day, with many children (and some Staff) dressing up in costume of their favourite book character. 


Later in the day, the pupils shared their favourite books with different classes. It was a great success and the children had a wonderful day. Have a look at My Class for further photos.
