Q. What time should my child arrive and leave? A. This is difficult, as we are unsure of Covid restrictions. At the moment we believe all children will arrive for 8.55am and leave at 11.30am.
Q. Where are the forms which need completing? A. These will be issued on the first day of term. At the gate we will make sure we collect all medical/dietary/allergy or other information.
Q. Will wrap-around be available in the afternoons? A. We do provide wrap-around but it cannot be guarateed due to our limited space. If there are a lot of children in Playgroup, there are fewer spaces for wrap-around. Those accessing 30 hour funding are prioritised and it is on a 'first come, first served basis'. In conclusion it may be available for your child or it may not - we wish it could be more certain but there is nothing we can do about it.
Q. Will all the Nursery children be in the class on the first day of term? A. Yes
Q. If 'wrap-around' is not available and/or I use another childcare provider for the afternoon, how do messages to/from transfer between the two providers? A. We have good working relationships with other childcare settings and messages are used passed on vervally but we also accept emails to classteacher or office.
