Miss Elysia Jones will be running our Childcare Setting in the final weeks leading up to the Summer Holidays. From Friday 26th June 2020, we will be operating a simplified Booking Process.

you will need to provide the following information.....
If you do not know your childcare requirements on a Friday or for any changes through the week, please direct all enquiries and booking requests via the same email, above.
Please note, from Monday 29th June, children cannot arrive between 9am and 10am and cannot be collected between 2pm and 3pm. This is to avoid congestion with the new 'Check in, Catch Up and Prepare' provision.

- Time of drop off and collection (for each day)
- Packed lunch required from school? Yes/No
- Allergies (when making first booking only)

Childcare - FAQs
When is it available?
It is available 7 days a week between 8.10am and 5.30pm. Please note, from Monday 29th June, children cannot arrive between 9am and 10am and cannot be collected between 2pm and 3pm. This is to avoid congestion with the new 'Check in, Catch Up and Prepare' provision.
What is the cost?
There is no charge. It is free to those eligible.
Who is eligible?
Children who have a parent who is a critical worker. Parents must have no other childcare alternatives in order to access the provision.
Are arrival and collection times flexible?
Yes, but children cannot arrive between 9am and 10am and cannot be collected between 2pm and 3pm. This is to avoid congestion with the new 'Check in, Catch Up and Prepare' provision.
What do the children do?
They can choose from a wide variety of activities, including indoors, outdoors, art/craft, reading, computers and much more. It is not school.
Is there lunch available?
Yes, a packed lunch is provided, free of charge, for all who attend.
Is social-distancing guidance followed?
As far as is possible in a mixed age, childcare setting, yes.
Are there enhanced cleaning regimes?
Yes, these are continuous throughout the day
How many children are attending?
Currently, we have 6-15 children each day.
Can my child bring an item from home?
If this helps them feel settled and it is cleaned beforehand, yes.
Can my child access both the Childcare Setting and the 'Check In' provision?
Yes.
Also, if your child requires Childcare (extended hours) on their designated 'Check In' day, then they can go to 'Check In' from the Childcare setting and return to the Childcare Setting after 'Check In'.
